Our flight nanny services are designed to provide safe, stress-free, in-cabin travel for your pet with dedicated, one-on-one care from start to finish.

Service fees start at $500 and include personalized coordination, airport handling, and continuous care throughout the journey.

Additional costs such as airfare, airline pet fees, and any required overnight accommodations are not included and will be quoted separately based on your pet’s travel route.

All travel is completed with confirmed flight bookings only, no standby flights, no cargo transport, and no shared rides.

Final pricing varies based on route, travel time, and overall logistics. Custom quotes are provided for every transport.

In-cabin pet transport with a flight nanny
Your pet will travel inside the airplane cabin, never in cargo, with a dedicated flight nanny by their side. This ensures a safe, stress-free, and comfortable journey with constant supervision and care.

Continuous care and supervision
From pickup to delivery, your pet will receive one-on-one attention from our trained flight nanny. We ensure they stay comfortable, hydrated, and reassured throughout their entire trip.

Real-time travel updates (texts/photos – via WhatsApp if available)
We provide real-time updates so you can stay informed about your pet’s journey. You’ll receive text messages, photos, and videos throughout the trip via WhatsApp or SMS for peace of mind. Please note that sometimes the app or wifi does not work on the plane.

Pet-safe travel carrier for transport is provided. (See upgraded package if you want a carrier to take with you)
Your pet will travel in a clean, airline-approved soft-sided pet carrier that meets all in-cabin airline regulations. If you’d like to keep a travel carrier for future use, check out our upgraded package options.

Potty break at designated airport pet relief area
During layovers or before boarding, your pet will have the opportunity to use designated airport pet relief areas. This ensures they stay comfortable and relaxed throughout their journey.

Hand-delivery at the airport to the pet parent
Your pet will be hand-delivered directly to you at the arrival airport. We coordinate a designated meeting spot for a smooth and stress-free handoff.

Pets NEVER fly in cargo or on standby
We believe in safe and humane pet travel. Your pet will always fly in the cabin with our flight nanny and never be placed in cargo or on a standby flight. We book the most reliable and efficient routes to minimize travel time.
